Book Review: Always Choosing You by K. Sinko

3/5! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The romance in this was so sweet, and I was living for the love triangle 👀😆 The fall, high school football, senior year vibes were fun too and different from what I usually read.

The main character of "Always Choosing You," Rory, was a side character in the first book, but this one was all about her story, and the third book in the series will follow another character who appeared in the first and second books of the Scoops series. Unfortunately, I didn’t like Rory very much—especially as a main character, which is mainly why this is three stars instead of four! I found her to be very annoying and selfish, but she had moments of self-awareness and tried at times to be better, so I appreciated the character growth. There were also a couple of plot points that felt unnecessary and rushed.

I loved the romance in this one and I really like K. Sinko’s writing style.

The first book in the series is definitely still my favorite, but I would recommend this book if you like love triangles, a high school setting, and characters who are hard to love. I’m excited to read the third book!
